Easts+ Football and Zeala have partnered to launch a dedicated Goalkeeper Academy for players of all ages and levels. Professional goalkeeper coaching in a structured, high-performance environment. Built for keepers who are serious about getting better.
WHAT WE DEVELOP
Zeala Academy is built around four pillars, the foundations that separate good goalkeepers from great ones. Every session addresses all four.
Professional instruction from a goalkeeper who has played and trained at the highest level. Real experience, real feedback, real improvement.
A structured pathway across term programs, private sessions, and camps. Every keeper has a next step, and we help them reach it.
The mental side of the position is trained here. Resilience, composure under pressure, decision-making, and the self-belief to perform when it matters.
Training alongside like-minded goalkeepers who share the same standards. The Zeala community pushes you further than you'd go alone.

HEAD OF GOALKEEPING
Brisbane-born, Chris Parsons played for Lions FC and Ipswich Knights (Goalkeeper of the Year) before moving to Sydney Olympic, where he helped secure the 2022 Minor Premiership and established himself among the league’s top shot-stoppers. He’s also gained experience within A-League environments at Brisbane Roar and Perth Glory.
As the founder of Zeala, Chris blends 20+ years of goalkeeping with modern coaching; running camps, mentoring youth keepers, and building a performance culture that lifts standards every session.
"I enjoyed the Zeala GK Camp. Chris provided us with great insights into what it takes to be a professional goalkeeper. The training provided was based on real game, realistic training and zoned in on tools to use in games."
